Senior officer of Mazgaon Dock under CBI Scanner in crane overhaul scam

The CBI conducted raid on house and office of one of a senior most officer of Mazgaon Dock Ltd. (MDL) related with a crane overhaul Scam case registered with them.

The CBI recovered several documents from the house and the office related with the case but refused to disclose about their details. MDL is the India’s leading Shipyard and their main activities are construction of state-of-the-art warships and submarines with facilities situated at mumbai and nhava.

Vigilance department of MDL had found some irregularities in crane overhaul during their internal probe and they had requested the CBI to investigate the issue.
